Isaac Olajos is the Owner and Lead Practitioner at Integrated Movement Training based out of Kingston, Ontario. His expertise encompasses biomechanics, advanced exercise prescription, neuroanatomy, soft tissue therapies, biomedical acupuncture, and strength and conditioning. Isaac’s focus lies in effectively addressing injury, pain, and dysfunction through Functional Integrated Therapy, complemented by highly individualized exercise protocols, collectively known as Integrated Movement Training & Therapy.
Isaac has been trusted by elite level clients to progress them through their rehabilitation and performance goals, counting among them Olympic Gold Medalists, World Champions, Grammy-Winning Musicians, Celebrities, and Forbes Business Titans. His experience covers a wide spectrum of sport, encompassing athletes from organizations such as the NHL, NFL, PSA, USATF and NCAA. Isaac’s treatment model often extends beyond in clinic work, as he travels with individuals and teams to their facilities, on tours, and to events. Isaac often takes a proactive position in collaborating and communicating with health teams, coaches, and trainers to efficiently implement a clients goals.
His toolkit is enriched by modalities like Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Functional Integrated Acupuncture (FIA, who Isaac has also served as an instructor), Multiple Soft Tissue Release Techniques such as Myomatrix Release and Fascial Abrasion Technique, Synergy Performance Taping, Blood Flow Restriction Training, the Wim Hof Method, and Advanced Movement-specific Exercise Progressions from Motus Melior in Easter Europe. Isaac holds a BSc. Honors in Kinesiology from McMaster University and is a Registered Massage Therapist.
